How You’ll Contribute:
· Get monthly books processed by the 15th of the month
· Review & reply to emails, reconciling bank accounts, updating depreciation schedules and responding to internal requests
· Get tax returns (sales, 941’s etc.) filed correctly and on time
· Provide exceptional service, respond to client inquires and requests promptly (respond within 24 hours or sooner),
· Prepare reports and correct client books from any review comments provided by the owner
What You’ll Bring:
· 1-2 years minimum of Bookkeeping experience (working with multiple businesses at once)
· Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Online, and preferably also with Xero
· Working knowledge with Adobe and Microsoft Office is a plus
· Very tech savvy and a fast learner
· Good communication skills are required. You will be the primary interface with the client on a monthly basis
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Must meet deadlines, problem solve and deliver quality results
· Friendly, great attitude, and professional demeanor
