We are a personalized direct to consumer e-commerce brand using a shopify site. To get personalizations we have a custom built Shopify quiz app to do an assessment and give a personalized profile, which is mostly a bunch of scores for a variety of parameters. Then based on these parameters we match populate their cart with the recommended products. For this project we need the following for each customer that places a purchase, that is to go into a personalized letter that will be included in their purchase box:
1-Customer name
2- Extract the output scores (these are mostly in integer form from 0-100, which we show visually in a bar). Right now I can see these when I finish the quiz and am on the skin profile page using the Developer Tools, I just don’t know how to capture and extract.
3- Extract List of products that customers purchased
We need an automated program that will automatically give the above listed info for each customer order. Then we need to put it into an automatic program to automatically populate the document I will share. The document can be in word, adobe, canva or literally any other similar program, just as long as we can get the automation going. I’m thinking that it should be similar to when a customer places an order and we can automatically print a shipping label, we want to have something similar to automatically fill out these 3 blank areas of the personalized letter.
