Seeking the service of a qualified data entry assistant
We are a company that offers accounting solutions to various types of
businesses to enable them set and meet their best financial potential. We
render personalized accounting services as well.
We need a data entry assistant that will be tasked with;
I. The input of invoices for our company into our accounting software
II. Input clients information, details and transaction into database
software.
III. Keeping a proper digital storage for documents requiring entry.
IV. Cross-checking both new and old entries to prevent errors and
unnecessary duplication
This job offer is remote and prior training/enlightenment would be rendered
before an work commencement.
REQUIREMENTS
– Proficient with the English language
– A Computer with the appropriate spreadsheet and word software and with
good internet connection.
– Capable of adhering to instructing and is precise with input.
