We are seeking for individuals who can provide customer support and general administrative assistance. Must be able to work U.S. business hours. This is a part-time role that may progress to full-time.

In this role, you will:
• Manage database and customer support emails.
• Perform moderately complex customer support tasks.
• Communicate with customers, payment servicing companies and life insurance representatives by phone and email.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service experience and offer ideas to resolve internal and external customer issues.

Requirements:
1. At lease 1 year experience in a Customer Support role.
2. Exceptional writing skills (be clear and concise).
3. Experience working remotely.
4. Stable internet connection.
5. Able to work within U.S. business hours (8AM-5PM central time).
