I am interviewing for a long-term 20 hours or more a week Personal Virtual Assistant for my home-based educational consultancy, women’s coaching, speaker services USA-based firm.
This self-starter and attention to detail person will be in charge of my calendar, occasional invoices, Airtable, CRM, email management, internet research, vetting clients, and setting appointments.
Control of the English language, customer experience-oriented, attention to detail, tech-savvy, excellent problem solver, positive, patient attitude, and easily accessible is essential. Daily 20m week-day team meetings will occur.
