We are looking for a Sales/Customer Support/Marketing for a car service company based in New York.
You will provide sales to hotels, airlines, travel agents and support through calls (Inbound/Outbound/Email/Text)
Work Hours and Schedule: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM EST
Monday to Friday, Work Duration: 8 hours
– Must be Bilingual (knows Spanish and fluent in English language)
– Must be fluent in English and good voice
– MUST have a reliable internet service. A secondary/backup ISP is a plus.
– Willing to be trained
– Experience in telemarketing
– Team player
– High attention to detail
– Experience in Car Company like Uber and Lyft is a plus but not required
– Excellent communication skills and sales
– Excellent customer service skills – ability to deal professionally with drivers
– Able to manage time effectively and work efficiently
– Able to monitor our “Live Map”
– Able to go through the admin portals and manage through the data
