I need a PA to help me setup a new business in Dubai. Along with all the social skills and proficiency, I am looking for someone to primarily take over tasks to completion, once they are agreed and understood.
Initial tasks will be appointment setting and dealing with all the admin for the business.
I initially need someone from 3rd March to 24th March and if that goes well, I would be willing to discuss a permanent appointment.
The business is working with clients in recovery from addiction, particularly alcohol. If you have experience of working in this field, health or medical then you will understand the need for confidentiality and compassion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel is a must.
Being really organised and self-sufficient is also imperative.
Being positive, upbeat and eager are also qualitied that are essential.
