High level VA needed for day to day back end data input, scheduling, sending and receiving emails and working me hand in hand for all of the operations for a real estate company in Michigan (EST).
Applicant needs to speak and write fluently in english, be willing to complete and take on new tasks at a high level, and able to do all of this while maintaining a high energy and be pleasant to work with.
Must be personable and kind and truly care about others. If you care more about getting paid than helping other then this isn’t the role for you. I care about people first and lead with compassion to make sure that we are all happily working together and if that energy is not able to be maintained then please find this role somewhere else. I mean this as no disrespect to anyone, its just that the most important thing to me is a caring heart in all those that around me.
