Experienced Bookkeeper for Bookkeeping Firm

We are a bookkeeping firm looking to add another bookkeeper. We work remotely and the majority of our work is cleanups and then ongoing month to month.

We are looking for someone who can:

Take a project from start to finish.
Organized and good attention to detail
Tech Savvy
Problem Solver and good time management skills
Audit the work being done by bookkeepers as requested
Review the clean-up process for previous month/year reconciliations
Ensure delivery of client financial reports are on-time and accurate
Manage the project management system we use – Clickup
Minimum of at least 5 years of experience with Quickbooks Online
Have strong proficiency in Excel, Quickbooks Online & Desktop, and basic accounting systems
Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Make sure hours are staying within budget
Be able to review business financial reports and identify errors
Be able to meet deadlines, while adapting to ever-changing priorities and timelines
