Data Entry Remote Position

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist, to assist us with building and maintaining our database of applicants and donors to our organization.

This position involves:

· Entering the contact data we receive from families who either apply or donate to us and entering it into our CRM system.

· Email communications with donors and applicants confirming information.

· Properly organizing and filing support document records.

Because this position is primarily computer work. The right applicant must have strong keyboarding skills and ability to work in-front of a computer for extended periods of time.

We are busy! This position requires someone willing to show-up on time and work as part of a team. We may not have a ping pong table, but we are tight knit team who works hard and cares about each other. Qualifications and Skills

The right person will:

· Have an entrepreneurial spirit.

· Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.

· Be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook.

· The ability to work quickly and independently.

· Be able to pass a detailed background check.

Job Type: Full-time/Part time

Pay: $35/ hour
Training: $15/hour
