Take info from a confidential contract and input key terms into a spreadsheet. Manage all files in relation to each transaction in an organized way. Each State has a different transaction page, and all States audit the work every two years.
Manage transaction log through excel/google sheets, and keep all files organized through one drive. This activity can be batched into approximately 1 hour a week. If it goes well, other activities can be added.
