We are USA-based ecommerce company. We’re looking for a general virtual assistant to help us with the following tasks:
– Responding to emails from consumers – Responding to messages and comments on social media – Fulfilling all purchases using our current systems – Entering all client information into ExCel sheets
Monday through Saturday, 3 to 6 hours per day, paid
Requirements:
– Excellent command of the English language – Previous customer service experience
– Access to the internet
– Laptop or computer
