I own a growing business and need some admin support – hopefully you can help! Let’s dig right in!

One of your tasks will be to create alot of checklists.

3) You Really Enjoy Admin Support
If you’re someone who loves to coordinate, this job might be for you.

I’m looking for someone to handle billing, set appointments in my calendar,
even help me coordinate meetings and basically help keep the engine running on our business.
I’m hoping you can also help with some basic online work such as updating our

I’m also hoping you’ll help create checklists (and follow them too) so we can keep
quality really high on everything we do. Again, training will be provided on how we
set up our checklists.

50%+ of your role can be done any time(s) of day, any day(s) of the week. I’ll give you
a task and a deadline; when you work on it is completely up to you.
This means you can be with your baby when (s)he’s awake and feed them whenever you’re
called into action.

Timeline: starting as soon as I find someone qualified. Next few weeks would be nice,
although I don’t need to rush.

30-Day Trial: we’ll start with a 30-day trial to see how it goes. If we both like the
experience, we’ll carry on.

Hours: between 20-30 hours per week to begin with but must be capable of working full time eventually.

Pay: will be discussed.
