Administrative Assistant for Construction Company

We are looking for a administrative assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily admin operations of our construction company.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with the ability to perform admin duties in an organized manner.

Fluent English in speaking, writing, and listening is an extremely important part of the job requirements.
What You’ll Do?

-Sort and respond to customer emails in a professional and polite way.
-Create and update dally reports
-Schedule appointments and estimates using CRM software & google calender
-Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with certain policies
-Represent the coompany well when communicating with vendors, customers, suppliers and colleagues
-Data entry and coordination
-Work from 9am-5pm mon-fri everyday

What You’ll Bring to Succeed:

-Proven experience as a back-office assistant or in another relevant admin role (2 years minimum)
-Experience in the construction industry
-Answering and directing phone calls in a friendly professional manner
-Advanced in responding to emails
-Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
-Problem solving abilities
-Excellent written and verbal skills
-Experience with Microsoft Office
