About the Role
You will be focused on entering, organizing, and compiling documents from various sources into the computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry all day every day.
Enter information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets.
Collect and determine completion of all information before entering data into software programs.
Ensure proper updates of required software and train new employees as needed on company processes.
File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents.
Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
Verify source documents for accuracy and correct data where necessary.
Position Prerequisites
Previous experience with Data Entry.
Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
Have an interest in the fashion industry.
Ability to keep the information accurate and organized.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
