I am in need of someone who can help me consolidate all of the Data Entry and reporting for my business so that I can hand off an annual report to my CPA at the end of the year for my Personal and Business filings.
I do NOT need a sophisticated Chart of Accounts or Financial statements for these businesses at present. I also do NOT need to reconcile accounts for Inventory or AR/AP. My preference would be to keep things simple and use Google Sheets, but I also have access to Zoho Books or Wave Accounting if needed. I do not really want to make it more complicated by using QuickBooks, but I will if I absolutely have to!
This job is a matter of accessing and collecting all of the data from the banks, credit cards, payment processors, property management reports and marketplaces. I will train and provide login assistance for the worker in order to access all the needed materials. All I really need is someone to help us with combining into one place, cleaning it up and helping me provide a monthly consolidated performance report.
I don’t think it would take more than 5-10 hours per month once all of the systems are implemented.
Need to Have:
Monthly consolidated P&L statements for all businesses
Monthly budget statement for Personal Spending
Simplify end of year tax reporting for our CPA in the US
Nice to Have:
Improve systems and workflows to increase automation of the process
Familiarity with Zapier and creating ‘Zaps’
Track Key Metrics over time – OKRs & KPIs
Track performance of assets over time
Great to Have (would pay more):
Personal CFO
Financial Statements for consolidated holdings
Refine future financial projections
Assist with long term investment projects and decisions
Payment
Pay a one time setup fee for the first two months to establish the files and set up access required to track going forward.
First month to outline and overview, create template. Second month to refine.
Then pay a fixed fee per month going forward for reports collected and saved to Google Sheets then emailed to me in PDF form. I can try to create user access for all the data resources you would need in order to download the information, then it would just be a matter of you putting it all in one place and make it presentable.
I can send you a sample Google Sheet file of what I have been using so we can review on any initial call.
