The successful candidate will support the Learning Technologies team in routine data auditing, service case management, and technical writing tasks
Scope of work:
Very structured, rule-based work
Heavy excel usage with formulas
Cross-functional role working with 4 other team members
Role Breakdown:
20% case management for tech support calls/emails
70% Data Auditing uploading, reviewing, correcting
10% Technical writing and documentation
Duties:
Transcript data audits
User data audits and data analysis
Manage user support requests, service case management
Very structured, rule-based work
Heavy excel usage with formulas
Cross-functional role working with 4 other team members
Skills:
Pay attention to detail
Manage assigned data processes independently
Excel: Filter, freeze panes, pivot tables, basic formulas, calculate percent, calculate percent change from one year to another. Compare one data set to another. What has changed?
Excellent technical writing for SOPs, job aids, process documentation
Good communication skills in case management with caregivers, managers and technical collaborators
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Requirements
Role Requirements:
Data Analysis ad Data Auditing experience
Strong Technical Writing abilities
Heavy Excel experience including but not limited to: Filter, freeze panes, pivot tables, basic formulas, calculate percent, calculate percent change from one year to another
