The job is to find 1 number in each PDF and enter that number into excel (the excel template is attached). The number we want is the “number of employees” or “average number of employees”.
There are 500 PDFs. Each PDF is between 1 and 5 pages long (approximately). I have attached 6 example PDFs; the desired field is highlighted in yellow with a red arrow.
I set the budget at $50 because I tested the process of entering the data myself. I could comfortably enter 1 number every 10-15 seconds. Setting the price-per-file at $0.10 implies a rate of $15 – $35 per hour depending on how fast you are.
While this job is just for 500 files, I actually have 3,200 files total. If I find someone willing to do this job accurately at this price, I hope to hire them again for all the files.
