We service based business that operates in Australia and New Zealand and have various works in progress and a tight deadline to complete them.

Ideally communication will be through Microsoft Teams and our preferred working hours are between 8am to 8pm AEST, 5 to 7 days a week depending on weekly workload.

Tasks
1. Complete our review and WIP of four MYOB company files require chart of accounts, job code number & description review and alignment to enable our business insights tool (Bi4cloud) to properly consolidate into one “Grouped” entity for reporting purposes starting with the consolidated, Jobs P&L, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet once all company files are fully aligned.

2. Assist with creating import templates and mappings in Transpost for card creation (suppliers and employees), employee timesheets, sales orders/invoices & purchases orders.

3. Assisting the payroll department with fortnightly preparation of bulk employee timesheet until we move to full rostering and payroll integration timesheet processing in MYOB.

4. Work alongside financial controller to facilitate to activate company files for Superstream, bank feeds and create bank rule set ups for reconciliation automation where possible

5. Other reporting and application integration/automation project work as and when required
