The duties of the selected candidate will include sales, customer experience, and account management via phone, chat, and email platforms. Day-to-day role will include executing high-level directives and project management to customer service management and back-office functions.
Candidate must provide exceptional results, proficiency with numbers, keen observations, high order of logic, and very clear and organized thinking.
Should have years if experience in customer service, working with scheduling, prioritizing tasks, computing numbers, and sales goals.
Also have a vast knowledge of various office packages like office 365, adobe, zen desk.
