– Managing 20 Tenants (and more)
– Records & monitor rent payment from Xero to LandlordStudio for the relevant tenant in each room.
– Prepare tenancy paperwork (Lease Agreement, Application, Property Condition Report) ready when a tenant moves in and out.
– Split utility bills for tenants.
+ Power / Water / Gas (once every two months)
+ Internet (once per month)
– Exports the reports when necessary as the sample template.
