Full Job Description
We AUTOLIV INC are in need of an assistant to provide part time administrative support to our team while working remotely. You will perform various administrative tasks, including light bookkeeping through Quickbooks, sending invoices, entering bills, completing, emailing and uploading word and PDF documents, following up with customers regarding accounts receivables and other administrative responsibilities. You should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Skills

Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role in a professional corporate setting
Familiarity with current technologies
Experience with word-processing software (e.g. MS Office, Google Docs, PDF)
Experience with Quickbooks
Excellent phone and email skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Remote
