We are a growing company in the real estate wholesaling business.
We are looking to scale up and start running SMS blast campaigns.
We are looking for someone available and responsive with the following skills to help us
Launch these campaigns repeatedly.
1) Extract data base with relevant criteria delivered by us
2) Knowledgeable in US regulations as far SMS blasting and creating do not call/do not text lists
3) Has knowledge in telecommunications and working with systems needed to launch
the campaign while maximizing deliverability rate.
4) Could manage the communication with acquisitions team to manage the leads
and set up appointments.
5) Knows how to use Podio.
If we find the right person, we would also be open to hire them as a full time operations and data manager, in which case monthly salary and bonuses will be included.
