I’m a busy IT Consultant looking for some help in terms of project management, handling tickets and a number of different tasks.
Our IT firm services government organizations and manages their day to day support needs
Our mission is to provide quick, seamless solutions to their everyday systems should any issues arise, ensuring that their daily operations go smoothly.
What we’re looking for
– An excellent note taker able to create excellently organized notes and actions steps from verbal instructions and discussions.
– An efficient individual that enjoys accomplishing tasks with no wasted efforts.
– Someone that loves being organized, writing down checklists, and feels pure joy from checking this off that task list.
– Availability from the time period 7am – 3pm CST – Someone that needs little direction and makes sure to ask questions when they don’t fully understand what needs to be accomplished with a task.
– Someone that can be my communication hub by being my go to person for gathering conversations from a number of places (Facebook, Messages, LinkedIn, etc.)
– Someone that is excellent in handling, tracking and assigning tickets.
– A person that is detail oriented, reads everything through, and follows directions to a T.
