Position Overview for the Remote Interviewer:
This person will be interviewing potential candidates to join the company for about 6 hours per day
Targeting about 12 telephone interviews per day
This person will be interviewing for roles such as front line call center employees, sales and technical roles, etc.
This person will be vetting for culture and skill sets to see if the candidate is a good fit for the role or not
This person will be given an interview guide to edit and take notes from
Requirements for the Remote Interviewer:
Ready to learn in the hiring or recruiting department
Experience interviewing candidates/employees
Customer service minded
Great communication and grammar: written and spoken
Experience with Microsoft 365
