Hello
I am looking for a well pleasant demeanor with a positive and proactive skill set .
I am looking for someone to put in 4 hours each week in data input and creating excel spread sheet for expired listings and other types of prospecting.
I would need the VA to work on Monday 2 hours & Wednesday2 hours each week creating lead list to be sent same day. Also a format for mailing labels (Avery )
Also be able to work realty juggler the CRM system I am currently using. You will be emailing and also creating flyers to new leads.
You should have experience working the RPR platform (realtor property resource ).
This job is for prospecting for new leads only for real estate sellers and home buyers . You should have some form of experience.
