As the Transaction Ops Coordinator you will be assisting our transaction and compliance teams with a few different tasks. Within our teams we complete, referrals, leases, assist agents in transferring transactions, work within Skyslope to upload documents to transactions and close out transactions for the compliance team. This position involves multi tasking and strong attention to detail, you will have some contact with our agents and must conduct yourself in a professional manner. You will adhere to the highest level of communication and customer service standards set forth by Side.
What you will be doing
Responding or insuring response to emails accounts assigned
Obtaining signatures from agents using DocuSign for referrals
Assisting with leases
Uploading and updating paperwork to Skyslope
Interacting with our compliance auditors on all needed paperwork
Reviewing files for accuracy and closing them out.
Fully executing referral agreements
Following up on executed referral agreements
Back up to our listing transfer positions and assist with surges
All other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
6months – 1yr of Real Estate experience required
1-2 yrs of customer service experience preferred
1-2 yrs admin experience preferred
Real Estate license preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
Ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written)
Must be tech-savvy and able to demonstrate strong computer skills and above-average comfort level in iOS and web-based environments
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
