We are a husband and wife real estate team serving Florida and illinois, Georgia and we are seeking an assistant to help us with the task listed below.
This will start out as a part-time position and if everything goes well it could potentially become a full-time position for the right candidate.
Pay will be based on experience and will likely be a salary plus commission.
Real Estate Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Greeting clients, answering the telephone and making follow-up calls when needed, but needs may arise based on emergency.
2. Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements if called for with provisions met.
3. Listing of Properties on online listing estate networks I.e Zumper, craiglist, Facebook etch.
4. Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback when needed.
5. Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
Preparing listing materials and posting property available for rent /sale.
7. Assisting with closing processes.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Real Estate Assistant Requirements:
1.High school diploma/GED.
Degree educated preferred.
2. Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial if any, nevertheless applicants can be trained.
3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
7. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
