Introduction To Quil Property Solutions, LLC
Role & Responsibility: Our Real Estate Acquisitions Managers (REAMs) will be responsible for communicating directly with sellers using a script, asking questions to see whether their property is a good fit for our company’s goals, entering data onto lead sheets and sending that lead sheet information to the Director of Sales for follow-up. Day-to-day activities could include but may not be limited to:
Outbound cold and warm calls with potential sellers
Follow up with leads daily
Continuous relationship and rapport building with future and current prospects
Research, track and source new real estate for the firm
Consistent communication with sellers in person and via text, phone and email
Use data to calculate the after-repair value, max offer, and repair costs for potential properties
We are a TEAM at Quil Property Solutions, LLC. We can’t make money unless we all work together. Your input is invaluable to our success.
Compensation: We expect our REAMs to be responsible for the data collection for at least 2 to 5 acquisitions per month. REAMs will work on an independent contractor basis (see Independent Contractor Agreement). REAMs will be paid no less than $1,000 upon closing for every property that they are responsible for. Responsible for means the REAM has done some or all of the data collection processes stated above and was the main contact for the seller. Our “spread”, or how much we collect for our services, can vary. Therefore, after the first 30 days of work, if the REAM has achieved their sales goals they will be eligible for a compensation increase and bonuses. The compensation will include a flat fee of $1000 for 80 hours of work . Compensation increases and bonuses will be discussed after the first 30 days of work (date of hire).
Timeline Expectations:
We expect our REAMs, upon acceptance of the job, to work for at least 30 days after the date of hire. We like to close houses very fast, but there are times in which that may not be the case. An individual property can take up to thirty days to sell depending on a lot of different factors. It’s a numbers game so, the more sellers you can talk to the higher likelihood we can get you paid fast. We are looking for goal-oriented people who enjoy being in a team environment. If we all work together, we’ll be closing between 5-10 properties a month! So, we expect for you to stay with us at least 30 days before you decide this opportunity is not for you.
