Building Brands Marketing is a full-service marketing agency that is seeking support from a virtual assistant/project manager to work with internal staff to complete projects on time and report externally to the client for project approval and campaign updates.
Tasks:
– Communicate internally to ensure tasks are completed on time
– Report campaign progress to internal parties
– Email external clients for campaign status updates and project approval
– Perform quality assurance checks on Ads, Websites and more before sending them to the client for approval
