Role (Overview of the position):
Titan Network is an exclusive membership platform that supports Elite Amazon sellers on their journey to scale and exit their businesses. Through collective contribution and masterminds in the network – we help Amazon sellers create a life with intention.
This position is responsible for keeping the new Titan Network platform updated by uploading content that has been posted in the current platform (MN). This VA will be responsible for continuing to post content after we have migrated to the new platform.
Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the role):
– Post replays of huddles, masterclasses and other events when required
– Make updates to the Foundation Series as needed, ensuring that there are proper descriptions and resources/links to appropriate documents (if applicable)
– Maintain the “Nuggets” and “FAQ” sections of the network
– Upkeep of the Titan Resource Library
– Maintenance of the SOP library
– Review content being posted for any missing resources/errors/typos
– Due diligence on correcting any formatting errors/mistakes encountered and broken links
– Other miscellaneous tasks related to upkeep of the platform
Results (Expected Accomplishments):
-Timely updates to the network in the form of posts and SOPs:
Upload Huddle replays within 48 hours
Upload Workparties, Masterclass, Titan Tough and Book club replays within 24 hours
-Post #workparty events 1 week before the #workparty
-Post huddle event with Zoom link on the Friday before the huddle
-High standard of upkeep for the new platform in the form of well organized uploads, free of typos and formatting errors. Standardized so that all uploads of a similar type (e.g. Masterclasses) follow the same format
-All uploads must have relevant resources attached to the description, easy for members to locate
-Members will be satisfied with the quality of the uploads of content and description. i.e. uploads will be error free, contain relevant descriptions and links to resources.
Requirements (Expected proficiencies):
– At least 1 year of data entry experience or experience with transcription work is highly preferred
– Impeccable attention to detail
– Strong English/Grammar skills
– Ability to accurately follow detailed, sometimes complex instructions
– Capacity to meet hard deadlines, sometimes on short notice
– Able to adapt quickly to new software/technology
– Resourceful with strong critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot
– Must be able to work both independently and in collaboration with other VAs/ team members
