I am looking for a person who speaks English very well and understands how to convince someone over the phone to schedule a meeting. If these leads end up selling I will give a bonus commission one month after they sign the deal and the second payment is collected. There will be tiers to these bonuses. 1-4 is a 50$ bonus. If you get me 4 deals a month that’s 200$ on top of your hourly. The more appointments you can generate that land and do well. The more you make and these bonuses will go up. With time once you are my employee I promise to give raises and bigger bonuses with time.
