Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description
We are UNICA, and we are on a mission to offer a portfolio of Wellness products that combine traditional and nature-based wellness solutions! We are a small start-up in a rapidly growing health and wellness category, based in Denver, Colorado, seeking to hire a highly organized, independent, part-time Digital Marketing specialist (remote and option of going full-time after 10 months!) to help create and execute our E-Commerce strategy. Our ideal applicant loves wearing multiple hats and is capable of managing:
• Our WooCommerce and HubSpot CRM to develop and execute B2B and B2C campaigns.
• Analytics on CRM campaigns, SEO, and Web traffic
• Updating/Maintaining our website to align with our SEO strategy.
Recurring Tasks
• Develop B2B and B2C email campaigns to increase sales
• Optimize SEO and other tools
• Addition of Plugins options to WooCommerce as needed.
• Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales
• HubSpot/CRM Management
We prefer applicants that have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing (preferred)
• Proven HubSpot experience with email, forms, and workflows
• WooCommerce content experience
• Experience using web analytics and optimization tools
• Analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Pay range: $25 to $30 per hour.
