I.T. Matters, Inc., founded in 2012, is Managed IT Services, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Cloud Hosting, Telephony, and IT Security Services to Small and Medium Businesses in the greater Houston, Texas area (central time zone). We are expanding and looking to grow our team. Based on knowledge and experience, the paid range for hourly rate is between $4.00 – $6.00 USD.
General Summary:
Immediate Hire: We are looking to hire an amazing Executive Assistant
The ideal candidate will have some technical-related experiences (social media, video editing), analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. The candidate will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with the CEO and other teammates and help document the business processes and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is a fun and demanding role. You will work directly with the CEO and/or other technicians. There are plenty of opportunities to bring helpful ideas and creativity to this collaborative team-based environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
Must have 3-5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant with a strong understanding of technology.
• Must be knowledgeable and proficient in transcription (great note take)
• Exceptional documentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Administration
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must take absolute ownership and accountability of your duties and responsibilities
