E-commerce Manager
HANAMER IBIZA is seeking a talented E-commerce manager of direct sales through the E-commerce portal. The manager will develop and implement the E-commerce Product strategy for the HANAMER.SHOP website to drive web sales growth, conversion, and improvements in the customer experience.
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Supervising collaboration with marketing, merchandising, ecommerce programmer and graphics designers team members to deliver capabilities that maximize product conversions, expand new customers and retain existing customers.
• Drive E-commerce budget planning and management.
• The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Hanamer.shop website, trading it effectively and optimising user shopping experience.
• The E-commerce Manager will be responsible to Identify, prioritize and drive resolution of key issues that may impact commercial performance, functional and customer experience enhancements.
• E-commerce maintenance of web including: appearance of web, navigation, products, collections. planned site launches, updates, marketing campaigns and promotional activity. Manage site navigation, search, categories, filters and product placement by setting merchandising strategy.
• Analysis: responsibility to analyse usage, disseminate insight to the wider ecommerce team from various source (google analytics/FB ad manager / active campaign, shopify etc.) in order to optimise marketing strategy.
• Improving driving cross-/up-sell to increase UPT and AOV with responsibility to analyse impact and optimise accordingly.
• Full analysis and Develop through mailing platform (active campaign) the CRM feeding into the CRM strategy. email planning and segmentation, automations, personalisation from a stock and product perspective.
Requirements:
• Experience minimum 3 years in E-commerce management
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a commercial drive
• Excellent organizational and project management skills essential
• Technical experience with ecommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player and willingness to support the wider team.
• Strong communication skills and supervision over team- in-house /freelance team members: ads manager, copywriter, programmer, graphic designer, in-house- social media organic maintainer.
• Flexible and responsive to change
• Self-motivated and confident
• Possess a forward thinking working ethic in order to drive the business forward
