We are looking for an E-commerce Assistant to help us with various day to day tasks dealing with the management of our eBay, Walmart and Amazon stores. These tasks include but are not limited to:
-inventory and stock management
-managing returns and exchanges
-managing shipment insurance claims
-customer service tasks (responding to customer queries through different channels)
-product research for listing creation
-managing account health across all marketplace stores
-digital marketing
-bookkeeping
Among other tasks. Highly prefer someone with prior experience managing multiple marketplace stores.
