The Account Manager will be responsible for all mature accounts and execute on focused sales strategies that drive increased utilization in all aspects of the product line. The Account Manager is an inside sales role in which the ideal candidate is able to grow and develop their portfolio by possessing excellent communication skills that further engages their customer base to utilize the software. Ability/option to work from home.


Primary focus of this role is to ensure effective utilization by engaging our customer base, retraining, servicing, and upselling.
Manage up to 1200 accounts and identify upsell opportunities through constant engagement.
Analyze customer usage data to provide a tailored approach to handling each account.
Introduce new products and innovations to customers that tailor better to legacy accounts.
Maintain a consistent contact rate with all accounts within your portfolio.
Represent Dealer Center as a market leader and provide an excellent customer experience from onboarding to mature stages of the account.
Facilitate customer feedback to management to provide insight and continuous improvement of the product.
Act as a consultant when providing various solutions including products from strategic partners.
Work out of a CRM to manage portfolio and discover opportunities for sales.
Maintain a well-organized work queue in CRM that guides you through a successful day.
Qualifications and Requirements

1-2 years of high-volume sales or account manager experience
Proven track record of success in previous sales roles
Associates or bachelor’s degree
Holistic consultative sales techniques
Motivated to succeed and make money
Hunter Mentality
Eagerness to be coached and driven toward success
Data driven
Intermediate Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or other databases)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with direct B2B phone sales of software or technology solutions
Experience in automotive industry or finance
Demonstrated employment stability
Proficiency in CRM, and Excel

1st year target compensation: $65,000 Uncapped
Base pay, commission, and additional monthly incentives
