It’s a new year and in the spirit of increasing productivity, I am looking to employ a virtual assistant. I am looking to go into full time creation for my social media platforms mostly YouTube and Instagram. So, I am looking for an individual who would assist me in order to make the most of my schedule and media output.
JOB DUTIES
I.Manage a copy of my personal schedule- remind me of certain activities at the start of the day and in other consecutive periods of the day.
II.Book my flights and housing accommodations which could involve hotels or an Airborne.
III.Manage my content schedule as well (this is one is particularly a team effort).
IV.Reply some comments on my social media when requested.
V.Handle my e-mails, respond to them if mandated.
VI.Update my website and social media accounts.
VII.Perform some data entry and administrative task.
REQUIREMENTS:
I.A high school diploma(minimum) or equivalent.
II.Very organized and excellent time management skill.
III.Proficient with a computer and adequate knowledge on certain applications such as word processing and spreadsheet.
IV.Excellent verbal and written skills.
