Virtual assistant in Israel
Required to help the CEO of a real estate company operating in Europe.
Ongoing job with Flexible 20-30 hours per week.
communicating with executives in Europe, setting up meetings and calls, updating CRM, working with group mail programs, converting documents from PDF to word. PPT
creating lists on excel.
Job requirements:
Fluent in English – speaking, reading and writing (knowledge of German is a plus but not a must)
Excel, office programs, basic LinkedIn understanding, basic internet searching.
Well organized and meticulous.
