We’re searching for someone to fill a Demand Generation Marketing Lead position who will help the Organization’s marketing team increase brand awareness so that it becomes renowned as the fitness and wellness leader. This position necessitates a thorough understanding of sponsored digital acquisition campaign execution, management, and reporting. For a hybrid working set-up, we’re searching for someone based out of state. Each week, there will be a mix of office and remote work.
Responsibilities:
– Manage paid media channels and performance marketing programs across many platforms.
– Collaborate with internal departments and media agency partners to improve performance and identify new opportunities.
– To improve performance, use data, consumer segmentation, continual assessment, and a continuous test-and-learn methodology.
– Enabling communication between Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure lead handover success and higher conversion rates to drive sales.
– Marketing lead on growth performance, forecasting, and providing a consistent message to key stakeholders about efforts.
– B2B Equipment Sales and Promotions Marketing Lead.
Requirements

– Constantly looking for ways to better our marketing, working methods, and your abilities.
– I’m inspired by face-to-face collaboration with coworkers from various areas.
– Understanding of digital lead generation strategies; B2B experience and experience dealing with agencies are a plus.
– Marketing automation and journeys experience.
– Salesforce reporting and analytics knowledge and experience.
– Knowledge of how to manage web material using a content management system (CMS).
– You must thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, embrace change, and have a constant drive to get your hands dirty in order to be successful.
