Recruiting Associate, Recruiting Operations

MBK Search is a niche-focused talent acquisition agency with offices in Connecticut, Texas, and the United Kingdom. MBK is also the owner of DeWolfe Partners, a branch that offers contract staffing and recruitment process outsourcing services. To meet the rising challenges posed by this exciting growth, we are looking for a Recruiting Operations Associate to support our global recruitment business. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own and operate all the recruitment processes from reporting, vendor oversight, data management, process improvement, research, and the application lifecycle. Here’s what you will be doing everyday:

● Partnering with the Account Management team on – weekly and ad hoc reporting, opening new roles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), client information updates, posting jobs to the MBK Search Careers Page, updating candidate response templates, and submitting job applications to client ATSs
● Partnering with the Recruitment team on – candidate application lifecycle processes such as application screening, candidate submission/writeup templates, candidate sourcing requirements management, and interview scheduling (where necessary)
● Partnering with the Senior Management team on – weekly and ad hoc reporting, special projects, and oversight of recruiting vendors
● Submit candidates to the various client job portals.

● Previous experience in a human resources or recruitment function

● Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology
● Prior experience in financial services strongly preferred
● Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
