The Workforce Pro, Inc. is experiencing healthy growth and we’re looking to expand our team. We work with companies that are new (startups) or experiencing tremendous growth or change (one of our clients grew 50x last year). Our focus is to help companies build or create a foundation for scale.
We need a powerhouse of an assistant to join us in carrying out various activities, which range from scheduling (must know how to use Acuity, including setting up appointment types and groups), client engagement and planning. Our founder juggles sometimes upwards of 10 clients at once and you need to be her support every step of the way. Clear the path so she can focus on client needs and outcomes, while you handle the other moving parts.
You must be able to handle information coming at you from multiple sources, and it’s important to note your role is to create calm from any chaos. You’d ensure we go into every meeting prepared, and that a follow up sent out to our clients within 1 business day.
We’re looking for someone who can create follow up messaging, complete with action items and schedule those action items for us and the client. You must be able to take initiative and identify what part of the puzzle belongs to you. We think this comes from experience.
Some of the tools we use are Wrike, Monday.com, Slack, Loom, Front, Lucid Chart and Google Drive. If you’re able to work with any of those tools, please include that in your cover letter.
