Hi I am a real estate investor in the Atlanta, Georgia area. I need someone to help me find leads on properties. I have criteria below that MUST be followed precisely. I want HOT LEADS (MOTIVATED SELLERS). Off Market I am looking for HOT leads (Motivated Sellers) Only in Georgia (30-40 miles of downtown) No full guts or anything, ONLY COSMETICS Property types: – Residential 1-4 units – Townhomes/Condos – Land – Vacant infill lots – Must be buildable – Small Multi-family Willing to accept ALL CASH OFFER YOUR JOB: – To find the leads and populate an excel sheet daily with the sellers information, their phone number, address and email. I need this information to be accurate. That is the most important part. The information being accurate and me being able to get in contact with the seller. If you can not provide accurate data on the seller than DO NOT APPLY. There will be a trail period so I can see how we work together and how good you are and if you pass that than this is long term work.
