Hey everyone, we are a music based company looking for someone to jump in and help take some weight off our hands. We have very specific tasks/Jobs so if you have questions please feel free to ask.
We use a program called “Click up” so anyone familiar with this program is a huge plus! It is similar to Asana or Monday.com – It is a great organizational and task oriented program
This is a Monthly paying job!
Here are some of the tasks
Making “Click up”App- run as efficiently as possible
Make document tracking chart positions each week
-Create a spreadsheet tracking each pack weekly position on the charts.
Setting up Google Sheets for “Sample Packs”
Making sure everyone is hitting dates/Milestones & that projects stay on schedule and we aren’t missing deadlines
File counting towards the end of the month to make sure we are meeting criteria
IG posting when we get the content/copy
There will be other tasks as well.
