We are looking for an experienced, clear English speaking, real estate cold caller with excellent customer service skills and a friendly and upbeat personality. This position will pay between $3-$7 per hour based on experience. The job will entail calling home owners to see if they are interested in selling their property. CallTools power dialer system will be provided to dial out numbers. Must be familiar with using CallTools. Must also have had experience with CRM systems such as Podio or REsimpli. Scripts will be provided with training. You will be responsible for asking home owners a few questions and documenting the information in order to report back with updated information. You will also be responsible for coming up with estimates on maximum allowable offers. Applicant must be a fluent English speaker.
Must have a positive attitude and be a self-starter
Must be available to work Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. CST and 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. CST(all weekdays may not be required)
Must be comfortable talking to people on the telephone and engaging in friendly conversation.
Office Admin skills required
Must have desktop or laptop computer with reliable internet connection
Must know how to use a smart phone, Google, and other web based applications (training provided)
Must be able to take thorough notes while on the phone with prospects
