We are currently hiring a talented and efficient HR Assistant to join our team. You will work directly with and assist the human resources department to fulfill a variety of necessary HR tasks. This includes all hiring, firing, training and company education procedures for new or existing employees.
Responsibilities:
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Communicate with public services when necessary.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years of Human Resources experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Human Resources or related field) or active student
Ability to collaborate with others.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
Strong customer service orientation.
Project Length
