Hi, I run a boutique social media business. I am looking for a marketing rockstart/virtual assistant to join my team! Your responsibilities will include the following:
– Social media engagement
– Canva design
– Light video editing (putting captions to videos, putting reels/tiktoks together etc)
– Very light copywriting (mostly copying and pasting or using Copy.ai)
– Scheduling social media posts via Facebook Business Suite, Loomly, or Storrito
– Creating templates on mailchimp or aweber
– Virtual assistance (research tasks, organizing, direct messaging campaign management, data entry)
The best person for this role is someone who:
1. Expert in Asana, Trello, and/or Slack
2. Is professional and mature
3. Takes initiative to complete work, has a strong work ethic
4. Is responsible and outgoing
5. Family with spirituality/mindfulness practices
I am looking for someone long term – someone who wants to grow their career in marketing, someone who is outspoken, shares ideas – this is a team effort/partnership.
