Robert Michael Communications, Inc., an administrative company offering shared services to an independent medical education company and two full-service medical communications companies, is seeking an experienced Virtual Meeting Technology Support person to work with us on a contract basis to provide support for our virtual meetings.

The role will assist participants getting logged on to a virtual meeting (Zoom, Adobe Connect). Along with providing troubleshooting for Wifi, Camera, Mic and other equipment needed to successfully join the meeting. Hours are flexible and may be day, evening and weekends based on the client’s schedule.

This is a part-time, contract position.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science from four-year college or university with at least 2 years of experience; or 3-to-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
IT Help Desk experience
Ability to install and troubleshoot new peripherals, accessories, and software as needed
Independently analyze and solve problems
Capable of thinking critically and adapting quickly to ensure work is done accurately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
