[The Company] Dango Books is a US-based start-up currently in need of an effective Virtual Assitant to help manage its partner emails.

We are looking to form long-term cooperation with a well-rounded virtual assistant who is organized and detail-oriented. You will be responsible for handling all our emails for our Dango Books Partner program. Everything you do in this job, we will provide training for; all we ask is that you have the experiences we’re looking for and the willingness to learn.

With that said, below are the personal qualities we desire.

[Requirements] – Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Words, PowerPoint, and Excel.
– Proficiency in G-Suites.
– Proficiency in customer service, making people feel heard and comfortable via writing.
– Handling emails, contacting clients, partners, etc.
– Proficiency in researching various given topics.
– Track record of creating systems to simplify and improve the process
– Basic knowledge of email marketing.
– Proficiency in planning and scheduling.

The following are some of the primary duties that you will be performing, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

[Main Duties Include] – Reviewing partner submissions. Approve or declined them based on our guidelines and availability.
– Emailing partners to give them proper updates.
– Using our project management tool (Asana) to plan and schedule the partner promotions accordingly.
– Send invoices to partners via Paypal.
– Replying to any questions that our Partners might have.

[What to Expect?] The workload varies. We are currently at the beginning stage of our partner program, so we don’t have too many emails to handle. And your job will mainly be reviewing submissions and schedule approved promotions accordingly. While adequately communicating with the other team members.

[Rate] The starting rate we offer is a monthly rate of $35 a month. However, as we grow our partner program, this rate will increase. If this is something you’re interested in, please start your message with Team Dango.
