Virtual Assistant to Help with Ad Hoc Social Media Tasks

I’m a social media manager who needs help from time to time with one-off ad-hoc tasks.

The first one is a project to acquire photos & details of all the products for one of my clients and organise them into files on Google Drive. The work will entail:

– Downloading all the product photos from the client’s website
– Saving them on Google Drive with a specific file name structure into files based on product model, style and colour
– Updating a spreadsheet of all products
– Recording the product specification for each item/colour so that it’s easy to copy & paste when I’m scheduling

There are about 12 products, each with 1-6 colour options

I have the spreadsheets set up in Google Drive with examples, and I’ll talk the successful candidate through the job to ensure the requirements are clear.
